Delete your ScooterRank account

You can permanently delete your ScooterRank account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the ScooterRank app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

This permanently deletes your account and all associated data — including your rides, scooters, achievements, follows, and photos. This action cannot be undone.

If you can't access the app

If you are unable to sign in or reach the in-app option, email us at watttheride@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your request and delete your account and associated data.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Deleting your account removes your personal data, including your profile, rides, scooters, achievements, follows, and photos. We may retain limited records (for example, transaction records) only where we are legally required to do so.
