ScooterRank records your e-scooter rides and turns them into a game: leaderboards, seasons, achievements, and a territory map of your city that you fill in hex by hex as you ride. It’s available for Android on Google Play, free to download, with an optional Pro subscription.

Tap Start and ride. The app pauses on its own when you stop and resumes when you move, and you can pause by hand. It records GPS and your phone’s motion sensors, works without signal and uploads the ride when it ends.
Every ride is recalculated on our server from the raw sensor data; the numbers on your phone are never trusted. Rides that fail the checks (impossible speeds, GPS jumps, no real motion, walking pace) don’t count.
Validated rides count toward the global distance leaderboard for the season, month, week and day, your achievements and your territory map.
Each ride shows distance, time, average and max speed, elevation, the route map and the weather at the start, in km or miles and °C or °F.
The map is split into hexagons of about 0.1 km². Every validated ride unlocks the hexes you ride through, and riding them again makes them darker. Your profile shows Area unlocked and Hexes claimed. Top Explorers ranks riders by the number of hexes: a number only, never a map of where someone rides.
A global distance leaderboard for the season, month, week and day. Seasons are named competitions with a start, an end and a countdown. You get a notification when someone knocks you off the podium, when a friend passes you, and a recap when a period closes.
Tiered achievements in Bronze, Silver and Gold, some of them secret. A few examples: Century (a 100 km ride), Iron Knees (long moving time), Everest (big elevation gain), Commuter Odyssey (1,000 km lifetime) and Crown Thief (take season #1 in the final hour). Pin up to 4 on your profile.
Follow other riders; private profiles approve requests first. The friends feed shows rides from people you follow mutually. Profiles show stats, the main scooter and pinned achievements. Find Riders by nickname, from suggestions or with an invite link.
Pick your scooter from 340+ models in the ScooterRank catalog and see stats per scooter. Maintenance reminders by distance cover tyre pressure, screws, brakes and tyre wear, with a service log. Warranty tracking stays on your phone. The garage also shows discount codes from scooter brands.

The app records your rides with your phone’s GPS and motion sensors. In the garage you can pick your scooter from 340+ models in the ScooterRank catalog to get stats per scooter and maintenance reminders.
Location is recorded only while a ride is running, and the raw sensor recording is deleted after processing. Routes are never public: the start and end are trimmed, and a route is shown only to mutual friends, only if you turn on Share Map. Your territory is private; the community heat map is opt-in and anonymized, and a hex only shows when at least 3 riders have covered it. Full details are in the privacy policy.
