The Engwe ENGWE P20 comes with no rear suspension, meaning its frame remains rigid from the seat tube back. Without a rear shock, the P20 delivers a more direct pedaling feel and sharper response when you’re accelerating or climbing on smooth surfaces. Riders should be prepared for a firmer ride on rough pavement or lightly uneven paths. While you won’t get that plush cushioning over potholes or gravel, you also won’t need to worry about tuning or servicing a rear suspension unit.

It’s ideal for anyone who mainly sticks to city streets, paved bike lanes, or boardwalks and values straightforward performance without extra suspension maintenance.
