Frequently Asked Questions — HALO KNIGHT T104
Press the power button, then hold the NFC key close to the power button to activate the scooter. Make sure the key is secure; if lost, a full meter or switch assembly replacement is required.
Set tyres to the recommended pressure of 3.45bar (50PSI) as specified in the manual.
To maintain optimal performance and range, avoid frequent braking, riding against strong winds, carrying heavy loads (including passengers), and riding with low tyre pressure.
Before riding, perform a thorough inspection—ensure the braking system operates correctly, verify the red safety lock is properly installed and tightened, and confirm all components are functioning.
Charge the battery using the supplied 52V 3A charger at ambient temperatures between 0°C and 40°C; charging outside this range is not recommended. Avoid direct contact between the body or metallic objects and the charging port.
Riders must be at least 16 years old (under 16 requires parental consent), always wear a certified scooter helmet, and do not exceed local speed limits or a maximum payload of 265 lbs (120 kg).
Loosen the buckle, press the yellow ball catch into the tube with your thumb (never sharp objects), adjust to the correct hole, and then re-tighten the buckle. Using sharp tools can push the catch inside and require bar replacement (not covered by warranty).
Lower the vertical bar by loosening the buckle and pressing the yellow ball catch, tighten the buckle at lowest height, pull down the red safety lock, and press the silver folding latch while pulling the handlebar stem downward.
The warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not cover water damage to electronics, physical damage from extreme riding or lack of maintenance, replacement of the vertical bar due to misuse, or charging the battery outside 0°C–40°C.
Ensure the battery is fully charged, the NFC key is held near the power button, ambient temperatures are within 0°C–40°C for operation, and the red safety lock is properly engaged.
