Press the power button to turn on the scooter, then hold your NFC key near the smart central display to activate it.
If the key or NFC device is lost, the e-scooter cannot be started and you must replace the entire meter or switch assembly, as individual keys or NFC devices are not sold separately.
Remove the cover from the charging port, connect the charger’s DC plug to the scooter first, then plug the charger into a power outlet. Charging is indicated by a red LED, which turns green when fully charged. Always unplug the charger from the outlet before disconnecting it from the scooter.
Set the tire pressure to the recommended 3.45 bar (50 PSI) before riding and regularly check to avoid low tire pressure.
Use dual-motor mode for long rides or climbing slopes to prevent controller overheating and extend lifespan. Also avoid frequent braking, riding against strong winds, carrying heavy loads, and riding with low tire pressure.
Do not use the scooter in ambient temperatures below –10 °C or above 40 °C. Charge the battery only when the ambient temperature is between 0 °C and 40 °C.
Perform a thorough inspection of all components, ensure the braking system operates correctly, and verify that the folding lock, safety lock, covers, and protective devices are properly installed and in good condition.
Loosen the vertical bar buckle, press the yellow ball catch into the vertical bar with your thumb, adjust the height until the catch engages in a hole, then tighten the buckle until you feel resistance.
The maximum total payload is 120 kg (265 lbs), and according to local regulations the scooter is limited to a maximum speed of 25 km/h on public roads.
Water exposure that damages electronic components, physical damage from extreme riding, lack of routine maintenance, and any damage due to improper assembly are not covered under the warranty.
