From the Manual — Segway C2 Pro
Press the Power Button once to power on the scooter, and press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to power it off.
When the scooter is powered on, press the Power Button twice to cycle through the three speed modes (Sport, Standard, Power-assisting).
The three modes have the following speed limits: Sport (S) – 12 km/h (7.5 mph), Standard (D) – 16 km/h (9.9 mph), and Power-assisting (E) – 16 km/h (9.9 mph).
With the scooter powered on, press the Power Button three times to toggle the ambient light on or off.
The temperature warning icon lights when the battery temperature reaches 55 °C (131 °F) or falls below 0 °C (32 °F). The scooter cannot accelerate normally or be charged until the battery returns to the normal operating temperature range.
When the locking reminder icon lights up, the scooter is locked. If abnormal movements are detected while locked, the scooter will beep and the tail light will flash to alert you.
The Error Notification icon indicates the scooter has detected an error. Check the speedometer display for the specific error code and consult the user manual or Segway-Ninebot app for that code’s resolution steps.
