To activate the accelerator, you must start coasting the scooter until its speed exceeds the starting speed. When the scooter is stationary, the accelerator will not work.
In the Xiaomi Home app you can set the walking start speed to 3, 4, or 5 km/h. This allows you to choose how fast the scooter moves when you begin riding.
The walking mode ( )is limited to about 6 km/h, the standard mode (D) to about 15 km/h, and the sport mode (S) to about 20 km/h. Sport mode is recommended only after mastering riding skills.
It is recommended to check tire pressure every month and maintain it between 45–50 psi. Regular inflation prolongs tire service life and helps prevent blowouts.
Wipe stains with a damp cloth or use toothpaste and a toothbrush for stubborn marks, then wipe again with a damp cloth. Store the scooter indoors in a dry, cool place and avoid high-pressure water sprays or corrosive solvents.
The scooter is fully charged when the LED on the battery charger changes from red (charging) to green (fully charged). Always charge indoors and ensure the rubber flap is tightly closed after charging.
Use only the NBW54D601D3D or HBCPJ01XB charger and the DT4813CT-DM battery. Never use non-original chargers or batteries, keep the charging port dry, and avoid exposing the charger or scooter to rain or temperatures above 50 °C.
If you notice loose bolts, low battery alerts, flat tires, excessive wear, strange sounds, or other abnormalities, stop riding immediately and contact a professional support or an authorized repairer.
Wear a helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads, turn on the headlight at night, avoid riding in rain or puddles, and do not use a mobile phone or earphones while riding. Always follow local traffic laws and keep a safe distance from pedestrians and vehicles.
To prevent inappropriate use, lock the rear wheel of the scooter with a padlock when parked. Always park on an even, stable surface with the kickstand facing uphill on slopes.
